Maybe this is the flu. Maybe it is almost over.

I feel like most of the symptoms [I wrote about yesterday](https://steemit.com/esteem/@fitinfun/freewrite-day-562-100-kilos-of-fish) are lessening. But the weakness, exhaustion, pain and dizziness are still severe. A change is that I am no longer shivering and cold. Now I am sweating like crazy. It just took me over one hour to get out of bed and to a standing position. So I looked online for how to get out of bed easier and found this video: I m not able to push with my weak arms like he is doing. I will keep trying. Thank you to: @wandrnrose7 @mariita52 @redheadpei @myjob @iamjadeline for your very helpful comments on my last post. Here are my replies: It does seem like this is the flu. I was thinking some tropical parasite was attacking me, but I think you are right. I am staying hydrated. I'm drinking something called the Adrenal Cocktail, the I am lucky enough to have the ingredients for. https://therootcauseprotocol.com/faq-adrenal-cocktail-recipes/ I usually drink this a few times a week, and it always perks me up. Now I am sipping it constantly and interspersing with plain water. I will try to get antibiotics when I feel like I can walk that far. I'm using the guidelines in this post and trying to get up for more than just a few minutes: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/patientinstructions/000174.htm I hope I will be able to just buy antibiotics at the pharmacy without seeing a doctor, because: money! There is a clinic right near the pharmacy, so if I need to see a doctor, I will be able to. I have no idea the cost. If fasting is good for the flu, I'm doing great! I do not have any tea or bread here,but I really do not feel hunger anyway right now. This short post just took hours with a couple of times lying down to rest.
