Doing a day's work to actively move has become my routine, including walking around the housing complex in the morning. But sometimes with very dense work, I have to be smart in using the time to actively move. For example, today, we received a guest from a team of technicians from a vendor of CT (Computed Tomography) to perform maintenance of this X-ray modality. In order for me to be active, I helped with their activities, because I was assigned by the hospital to monitor their work, so by helping them, I could also use the time to actively move and burn calories. This is very useful for me to keep me healthy.
