... Since then I started to eat only one time a day within one hour. Also known as OMAD. One meal a day. Call me crazy or whatever you like but it is working like a mothafak. Lost 12 kilograms already. And all while not counting calories or restrict what I am able to eat. So in this hour I can easily eat icecream or pizza or both or whatever I like. But most of the time in my food window I choose healthy food. Nevertheless I keep continuing my journey towards a better weight. No strict diet, no surgery just by my own willpower I will reach my goal. I am so damn proud of myself! Enjoying life fellows!
