## Today i wanna share some important information to you about fast food.

It is very convenient to buy it when you are busy and want to eat on the move running to the important meeting.As usual, there are pros and cons of such convenience food. To pros it, I would include the fact that it can spare a lot of time for corporate people in there hectic working schedules. There are also people who are just foodie enough to munch on tasty junk. ### There are people who are very conscious about their health, weight and shape and always count calories. They thing twice before eating a so-called junk food, but now fast food industry which are under heavy competition are coming up with healthy list of foods like salads and pastas made from durum wheat floor.
