I have been in somewhat of a slump for a while now and I know that all I need to do is have some discipline for a week or so to get in the healthy flow again. That is pretty much my mission for dat 21-30 and I succeeded for at least 1 day already! I went out for a run/walk, kept away from any kind of unhealthy foods and time wasting distractions and cleaned my appartment in the evening.
Today I plan on joining a hot yoga class again for the first time in over a month. My skin currently is in quite the bad shape after a more unhealthy eating style and It generally takes about 10-15 days for it to restore. The heavy sweating in the yoga really helps with that. I will be taking progress pictures of my skin each day. I have also put on quite some extra kilos that I want to lose again and having a thight sleeping pattern will also be high on my list.
I will be keeping more daily stats again, when I stopped doing this it somewhat put me in a state of denial as it was a lot easyer to skip on things. No more excuses now! Day|Weight|Expenses| -|-|- 21|68.9 kg|0€
