
I've been putting all of my focus on eatly healthy again making me realize how that is the #1 most important thing of them all when it comes down how I feel. The first 10 days were way too much focussed on getting some activity in by taking long daily walks while it just doesn't make a lot of difference when eating junk.
Right now it are quite busy times before I will have a couple quiet months and I'm putting all my focus on getting my food right. Not that much happening aside that. I was taking a dtour to get to 10k steps but forgot my phone so I was unable to measure my steps. I will go on another sunday run and start joining Hot Yoga classes again on monday...
