Day 002 - Still Some Symptoms

Yesterday was kind of a good day. I went to the hairdresser, which I procrastinated for weeks, because of my injury. When I was sitting there I had the dizzy feeling again. Also not moving for 30 minutes is still a hell for my neck. So I got some of the symptoms back again but after a few hours they disappeared. I hope it's not getting something psychological. As a psychologist I know how easy it is to learn yourself the wrong behaviors / fears. I will watch out for that. After the symptoms were faded away I went for a bike ride in the woods of Amsterdam. I did a 60 minute bike ride and didn't feel tired at all, so that's a good thing. And after that I tried to be some more productive and did some data science. In the evening I made some vegan spring minestrone soup. I will put the recipe on Steemit later this week. I think this is one of my new favorite meals. After that I watched a Scandinavian detective, which is kind of an addiction, but not one I want to fight haha!
