Home made healthy to eat food. Wholewheat chapati, brinjal Bharatha and curd. This is regular kind of food we Indian eat. And regularly our food is like this only. But now a days we are fond of western food. We are more cautious about gluten and all. But I think we should eat according to the place we live. That’s what our ancestors use to do. And have all the science behind everything. Rest is our own choice, and upbringing. Well the food is delicious first enjoy that.
