NATURAL SUBSTITUTE FOR BREASTFEEDING AND EASY WAY TO OVERCOME KIDS DIATHESIS AND ALLERGY

https://images.hive.blog/DQmYBV6do7ztC1YkTnHz41wQDXc5qU2E48G24kocHxwdBQQ/image.png
Friends and especially moms of babies, this info can be useful for you!

image.png

Many moms know what diathesis and kids allergy is. It looks awful, and it causes much discomfort for a little angel. Mom's heart is crying...How to help the baby? My friend gave birth to a baby 1 month ago. She wanted to breastfeed much, but she didn't succed... A great pity! She started to buy food fusions for kids but then another trouble - diathesis and allergy because of them! What to do? She suffered and tried to find perefect food for her little girl, and then I remembered a great recipe! I discovered them some years ago when I just started studying of natural medicines, healthy food, raw diet, vegan life etc. So what is this recipe? CEDAR MILK!

image.png

image.png

*Cedar milk recip*: For 100 grams of washed, peeled pine nuts, take 100 - 150 ml of pure water and beat in a blender until smooth. Filter through several layers of gauze and the milk is ready to use. This milk should be consumed immediately after preparation. It is alive and cannot be stored for more than 3 hours. Babies who drink this milk grow absolutely healthy, without colds, with a high level of their own immunity and develop well in motor and psychological terms even without breestfeeding. *Cedar milk: benefits* Contains polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega-6 and omega-3; Cedar protein includes 19 amino acids, including 13 essential ones; Contains vitamins A, E, group B; It is a source of important trace elements: calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron, copper, nickel, iodine, boron, potassium, phosphorus, molybdenum, vanadium, silicon; Stimulates the immune system; Lowers blood cholesterol levels; Strengthens the nervous and cardiovascular systems, gastrointestinal tract; Increases mental alertness etc etc etc.... It's just a real treasure for all people of all ages, but for babies it will be special gold! You can buy already peeled nuts

image.png

They cost about 10$ for 500g here Or you can buy natural nuts in shell

image.png

They are cheaper - about 7$ for 500g BTW nuts in shells are MUCH MORE useful because oils inside will not be oxidized. My friend bought peeled nuts because she couldn't find nuts in shells at that moment but the baby needed urgent help...

image.png

That is the milk we made for the baby-angel

image.png

She was afraid she wouldn't eat it. But she liked the milk at once! Small kids have very deep connection with nature! And the result was great!! She drank this milk just some days for now but diathesis disappeared very fast, and her face and body is totally clean and soft! All doctors are shocked! Me - not;) I was sure, and I am still sure that nature is our best medicine! I really hope this recipe will help some moms with breastfeeding problems or baby allergy. Be healthy, friends!

It's our doctor - cedar;)

Ceylon Cinnamon Prevents Diabetes

Ceylon Cinnamon Prevents Diabetes

My new home is going to be the lotus tribe for a while. This health issue I'm going through has brought back my interest in being fit and healthy. Some people are really lucky, they can eat whatever they want and not have to worry about some problems that come with it... at least in the short term. Some people like me, have to watch what they eat and it's kind of annoying... but there are some strategies to incorporate in your life to make it more sustainable. A lot of people on Hive post things that help people earn passive income or about how great Hive is. I've done this but now I want to focus my efforts on truly helping people because health should be everyone's number one concern and if it's not... just wait until it has to be, then you'll find yourself scouring the internet for answers and trust me you don't want to wait until that happens. Because then you're desperate and you'll oftentimes do more harm than good.

Ceylon Cinnamon

Diet is critical, you know the old saying "you are what you eat." The American / Western diet consists of tons of sugar. One way to avoid getting diabetes later in life is incorporating **Ceylon Cinnamon**, I'm not talking about Cian Cinnamon which is what you'll buy 99% of the time when you purchase cinnamon from the store or see it in your store bought products. When it comes to Ceylon, I don't go cheap and I think any organic product you find on Amazon is probably ok. However, it's best to check the source and avoid anything that comes from China. The only thing I found that comes from China that I can't avoid is pumpkin seeds... seems to be the only place they produce these in bulk or something.

Source: myspicesage.com
Don't believe Ceylon reduces the chance of getting Diabetes, well here is the source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3326760/ NIH studies are from the National Institute of Health. While this is the Natural Medicine group I'm still a fan of data. So anytime I hear about the benefits of something I typically google search whatever it is with "NIH" behind it to see if there is any real research around the subject.

The Take-A-Way

This is a simple solution to avoid something that could be detrimental to your life. If after reading this you're going to start incorporating Ceylon into your life than you can thank me my upvoting this post!
That's all folks

Incredible facts that produces anxiety

https://mejorconsalud.as.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/mujer-cansada-500x332.jpg
> Although we do not relate it, there are many activities and habits of daily life that can generate anxiety. It is convenient to learn to identify them to find a solution to the problem.

https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/psicologiaexpres/uQSOoGm1-0_S6seRwWevgeDeWTw.jpg

**Anxiety is fear, it is uncertainty and it is anguish.** This psychological condition is characterized by a mental and physical state of great wear and tear, which we do not always know how to manage. One of the most common characteristics of anxiety is thinking that future misfortunes will happen. Thus, and although it is a normal response of the body in times of emergency, **this emotion often escapes our hands**. Suspecting that you are traveling through this complex personal universe, it is best to ask for expert help. **There are practices that can be used to treat this disorder**; therapies such as cognitive-behavioral, for example, can be helpful in these cases. Likewise, it **is important to change lifestyle habits, improve mental focus** and be clear about those triggers or states that, at any given moment, can generate anxiety. Next, we will talk about some of the most frequent. ## **1. Passive attitude and anxiety**

tired woman due to anxiety

Sometimes **when life becomes complex, demanding, and chaotic, we go for the easiest answer: passivity.** Now, we must be clear that these passive attitudes end up forming what is known as learned helplessness. Sooner or later, we end up thinking that no matter how hard we try, nothing is going to change. **Sedentary** **behaviors** **increase the risk of developing anxiety**. We must be clear: non-action, surrender and passivity intensify the discomfort and could end up making us sick. We must act. **It is necessary to face the problems, apply a more active mental approach**. A key aspect that cannot be overlooked is that physical exercise is very suitable for reducing the symptoms of anxiety. For example, a study published by _[Clinical Psychology Review](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S027273589900032X)_ confirms the anxiolytic effect of aerobic exercise. You already know: yes to the sofa bed routine, there is a world to go through and many things to do! ## **2. The rumor of anxiety and its pressures**

Living in the city and anxiety

Urbanity, crowds and the hustle and bustle of big cities are triggers for stress and anxiety. **If noise and people do not affect you, you should take care of the city air**, since environmental pollution also induces physical and emotional exhaustion. According to studies such as the one published in [_Nature_](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21697947/) in 2011, **those who live in the city are more likely to suffer from this problem** than people who live in rural areas. Cities, whether we want it or not, are usually settings that affect health. Researchers consider that environmental factors can influence brain activity, mainly in the amygdala, and thus intensify anxiety. A good option could be to establish regular getaways to natural environments, where you can disconnect from the city and its environment. ## **3. Economic problems, gender and environment** As an investigation carried out by the [European College of Neuropsychopharmacology](http://www.iph.cam.ac.uk/blog/women-poor-areas-twice-likely-develop-clinical-anxiety-men/) reveals, **women who live in cities with affected economies are more likely** to suffer from anxiety disorders.

https://mejorconsalud.as.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/ansiedad-500x333.jpg

Disadvantaged environments and economic problems are those triggers that tend to affect women the most. This does not mean, however, that men do not feel the impact of these factors. The conclusion of the cited study implies only that, in general, a **woman's mind tends to experience greater concern**. In turn, and beyond being unfair in many cases, it is normal for her to have more tasks and responsibilities on herself: taking care of children, dependent family members, work, etc. ## **4. Too much fast food** It's ironic to think that fast food can lead to anxiety and, even weirder, depression. However, a study published in the [_Journals of Fundamentals of Mental Health_](https://www.researchgate.net/publication/264202742_Correlation_between_fast_food_consumption_and_levels_of_anxiety_in_students_of_medical_science_universities_in_Tehran) found that a group of students who ate fast food regularly were seven times more likely to suffer from anxiety than those of young people who ate better. **If you usually resort to these foods, reduce their consumption and follow a healthy diet**. It is highly recommended to consult a nutritionist to plan a balanced diet. You will see how the nerves diminish as you eat better. ## **5. Living in noisy areas** **Anxiety is also generated by everyday noises, such** as those in a factory, the screams of children in a school, the sound of construction sites in the streets ... Believe it or not, this can cause stress and headaches. If you work in places like this, find **a space to be in peace and without noise**. Meanwhile, if you have just moved to a new house very close to a busy road, the airport or the subway and have started to have problems, perhaps this is the cause, as indicated by a study published by [_Environmental Health Perspectives_](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1568850/) . You may not be able to move, but it is recommended that you look for an option. How about practicing yoga in a park without so much noise? According to research published by [_Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice_](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1744388109000048) , **regular yoga practice can “significantly” lower your anxiety level**. ## **Find a way to lead a calmer life**

woman relaxing to deal with anxiety

Job collapse, caring for children or fulfilling the various obligations of daily life are enough so that, above all, all this is accompanied by an environment with noise or environmental pollution. It is not always easy to deal with all these daily enemies, we know, but many times we are forced to integrate and accept them. **We must be creative to find escape routes and take care of the body and mind.** In short, whether we like it or not, anxiety is a dimension that forms and will be part of life. We must accept it, deal with it, handle it and always use it to our advantage. In this sense, consultation with a psychologist or psychiatrist is more than recommended. **Take care of your health, live calmly and keep a balanced diet;** for the latter, visiting a nutritionist can be an excellent measure. Remember that the body's reactions are the product of what happens inside the body. Finally, if the nerves appear frequently, the problem may be greater: take the necessary measures and do not forget to consult your doctor. **Article Referenced:** - **https://www.psychological-consulting.com** - Peter Salmon. 2001. Actifit - time to get moving

https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/melbourneswest/p0nrazDY-20200913_163612.jpg

20200913_163612.jpg

Warmer months are upon us in Australia so it's time to get up and get moving. I used to be a bit of a runner undertaking a number of fun runs raising cash for different charities and causes. Since having a lil human running hasn't been as easy as they can't keep up in training sessions so I've turned my sights to bike riding.

20200913_161928.jpg

Each day I head off for a 10km bike ride and on weekends I'll tend to do 25km rides. It's a great way to keep fit, get the kids outdoors, keep fit and healthy and set a positive attitude towards health and fitness.

20200913_163533.jpg

I hope you enjoy our travels and the beautiful locations we come across. Bike riding is great! As it's perfect for the whole family!
