My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2020

The photo above was taken yesterday against the wall of my house. Today was quite active, I started the morning with a nice walk. After doing some excercises, I jumped into the swimming pool to cool down a bit, before starting to work. In the afternoon , I took the dog for a short walk, before having dinner. Today was really hot, Summer arrived in full force!! Stay active, stay healthy.
