Smoothies are the perfect snack for a quick healthy snack. You can add anything to it and the options are endless! For this smoothie I use: Avocado Kale Almond Milk Stevia Drop Ice This smoothie has very few carbs compared to other fruit smoothies which is good for weight loss. What's your favorite smoothie?
