Doctors are there for our own good, they diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, investigate issues with x-rays and scans, recommended woman for mammograms and best of all hand out forms for yearly blood tests. Thyroid, cholesterol, heart, kidney, liver, potassium, other vitamin levels etc etc are checked. depending on the doctor. And if a patient is really lucky an urine sample is recommenced before the early morning obligatory cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.
Sounds easy doesn't it? But does everyone do as they are directed?
It is definitely not clear cut. People choose as to whether want tests or not and if they do how they go about it. For example, three groups of individuals come to my mind. One, there are individuals who want to know up front about any problem developing in the body. For them it is important to know so they work on any identified health issues through medication, exercise, diet and meditation etc. Two, there are people who prefer to leave well enough alone, they don't want to take lots of tablets, have weekly doctor's tests and get medical treatment. Rather they may either trust that all is well or practice healthy preventative techniques like doing yoga, meditation, energy work and take vitamins. Finally, there are the individualss who avoid doctors, , preferring alternative natural health professionals like naturopaths, osteopaths and homeopaths to treat minor aliments and major health problems. tude and choice. Whatever group you fit into stay well and healthy to live a long happy life. Cheers and Blessings
