Hey all you crazy cats and kittens. Tonight I was hankering some Bolivian quinine. Since I couldn't find Alpaca meat locally, I used beef skirt steak, and made chimichurri.
Grilled up on the smoker, maybe the last chance for BBQ this year, as the snow has already fallen. Served up with an avocado, for a healthy keto meal.
I miss the South American Cuisine, I hope I can make it back there one day! Bon Appétit
