Hello everyone πŸ’ž, Good morning and welcome to my #FoodPorn series Part 5 which I called the most prominent **African Indigenous Healthy Food Processing** which explains in detail what you need to do in a particular moment and time and I will be taking us through the step by step method which I know some other tribes may have an alternative ways of cooking and this minute I want everyone to be totally fully involve and participate in what I am about to do although it very practical for those of us who love to gain more knowledge, wisdom and skills to either be on your own and which is why _Steemit_ platform is for _creativity_ , _knowledge_ , _information_ , _original content_ , _Original_ photography_ , _educating articles$ , _travelfeeds_ , _content_ , _Original Video contents_ through @dtube , and also @threespeak for more great freedom of speech videos which I lunched my videos there some days ago. And I'm still hoping it will be a very great place for me to express, explain and educateore video content as well is why Steemit platform is more than just blogging site to me personally. I know we all have few reasons why we are here and the believe which an individual has on Steemit maybe just to come and make more money and go, maybe to come and impact on more knowledge to others, maybe to come and show some skills of drawing, cooking, gaming, music and the rest but very educative and creating great content is involved as my own personal believe. Like I was saying before I start my #Foodporn series the fifth post today, I will like to show some appreciation to you all, wow πŸ€—, you are all great people here, you really showed me more than love, for your _comments_, your _resteemed_, your _support_, I will like to appreciate @smartsteem , @appreciator , @adetorrent , @curangel and everyone who came around and for stopping by and supporting my #Foodporn to continue going I say I'm so grateful. Please keep supporting my channel. I will like to diversify into some African Indigenous Healthy Food Processing with respect to the above subject I have been working on for few days and then we can talk about the details shortly after the sub topic here on Some healthy diet. In Africa generally speaking we have different ideas, opinions, background and perspective we look at certain things and I will pick point few healthy diet which I will further investigate and work on the food processing and how to prepare them in tutorial form. We also consume more of **Green Vegetables** , **natural fruits** ,I tell you this African dishes such as **Pounded Yam** this is the most prominent ancient food that is consumed if not all over the West Africa, I will say all over the world entirely with different soup. It can be taken with different soup in different ethic region like in Yoruba tribe we can eat pounded yam with Egusi soup ( melon soup) , Green Vegetable soup prepared with stock fish , With Ewedu soup ( Jute soup). In Ibo tribe it can be eaten with Ogbolo soup and other related drawing soup. Other Yoruba Indigenous Healthy swallow food are Yam flour meal , Plantain flour meal , Semolina , Cassava processed meal , Garri ( Eba) and many others which are not mentioned here. Let get back to business of the day today , I will be taking a class today which I called the topic **How To Prepare A Swallow Delicious Delicacy Food Semolina With Egusi Vegetable Soup With smoked Meat** > Here I found out that many at times we humans do have alternative for food which is very great ,but most times we do not consume the appropriate diet to make us grow well, fight other harmful diseases, grow more stronger ( calcium giving diet ) as for fruits as well, do we not mix thoroughly all those Healthy fruits together but we consume anything we see to keep us alive. That's why I will give all my best to continue this #Foodporn series to enlighten us on what to do, how to do it and when to do it. We can be genus but don't know what to do until we have someone to Kickstart us, that's why I am here. I entertain different questions, comment , answers and others to make the series grow wider and Bigger. ## Why We Consume A Very Healthy Food In Africa. In most cases I found out that even historically we can beat it that we Africans do alot of hard work back in the days we do some manual farming which involves and entails hard labour so we complement our hard hard on the farm with this healthy foods to nourish our body and to bring back our strength so fast. I will be discussing just only one method here and in some others you may have an alternative to cooking. # Ingredients Needed To Prepare Semolina. Sometimes we believe it just few minutes cook, but I tell you I went to a very big restaurant here and I ordered for this particular food and as soon as I finished eaten it I started to battle with stomach disorder, why I found out that it may be the food preparation lacking some genuine steps. So you have to sit and watchπŸ˜‰. - Semolina itself - Clean Pot - Water - Turning Stick - Wash hand bowl - Cooler ( warmer) - Nylon - Heat Source ( Cooker) # Pictures

---

---

# Step 1. # Before you start doing anything, you need to ask yourself this questions. Do I possess the right cooking manners? Do I possess the personal hygiene? Why am I more better than other food restaurant? These are some of the questions you need to ask again and again. You need to put your clean pot on the heat source which as for mine is the gas cooker

Here is my own cooking pot, now empty but see the next Picture and see what next .

--- # Step 2.

You add little water into the clean pot , note this I'm doing this for my own family. My wife @ayopeju , @mrs-akinlotan ( my mom) we are just three , so you need to add water according to your own taste or family members number.

--- # Step 3.

Here is the Bag of Semovita , this is how it looks from outside so for those of us who are interested in the making, smile πŸ€— go for it quick.

---

--- # Step 4.

You need to fetch out the one you need to make use at first. Here is my own for the family although I will not finish it, it will be returned back to the sack. You can see how white it is.

--- # Step 5.

You see that the cold water turned into boiled water at 100°© which is the most boiling point of all water. # Step 6.

You need to fetch little bit of water away from the already boiled water on fire , this is because you will still need the reserved hot water as soon as possible to make the paste looks more lighter and palatable to eat. --- # Step 7.

Bring out your turning stick and put it inside the boiling water on fire . # Step 8.

Fetch little bit of the Semovita into a smaller bowl to mix it thoroughly with cold water, this is because you need to begin the Cooking by making a paste .

---

Add cold water and mix thoroughly to make a watering paste at frist. # Step 9.

Pour the mixed Semovita paste into the hot water on fire and instantly stir it to prevent the swallow food to make some lumbs of foods. #Step 10.

Keep stirring the mixture well.

If you don't stir well, you see the result instantly. # Step 11.

You add more dried Semovita into the already stirred paste on fire to make it more bit stronger and thicker.

---

---

# Step 12.

If and only if you turn it so well, you see this result as mine. Thumbs up right. Lol. Let do some more. # Step 13.

I added more dried Semovita to make it looks more better and stronger for our stomach to comprehend. # Step 14.

---

You stir it more and more to make it looks more stronger again , you can stir it on the fire or bring it down. As for me trust me what you want to see now.. lol . Please don't laugh me. Smile πŸ˜‰. # Step 15.

🍲🍲 🍲 yes , this is how we roll in the kitchen 🀩. Work begins.

I brought it down so as for me to carefully turn it well and over again. If you want accurate result. # Step 16.

---

---

# Step 17.

After you might have stir it to smoothening the texture of the Semovita , you place it on fire again and add some water to reduce it's strongness to consume.

--- #Step 18.

Use your hand packing spoon to remove the left over on the turning stick and cover the pot for it to steam to penetrate and make it done.

---

---

---

---

# Step 19.

Bring out your Nylon where you want to pack the food because it almost done. You need to do some final touches and **YES** # Step 20.

---

---

Yes. It looks so palatable and inviting. # Step 21.

After you might have seen the face looks more inviting, you need to bring it down and use your legs to hold it tight and stir it well for the last time. And now it time to pack it into the white Nylon.

Yes. Friends and colleagues. It here inside the cooler looking at my eyes πŸ˜‰. I tell you it looks so palatable to eat, not too soft and not too strong. It moderate and great.

Wow. My pot is empty πŸ˜‰. So fastπŸ›πŸ›. # Step 22.
