Sometimes, in our daily work and how short our time is, we forget the most important thing, the preventive maintenance of our health. We forget the fact that if these activities, whatever they are, have relevance, without good health we could not do anything. We would like health to be simple. That the body behaved like a simple machine, confessed with two or three pieces that when damaged or failed could be replaced and everything was fixed. But, we are human beings. Complicated and so complex that I feel we are not prepared to understand ourselves in detail. Fortunately we have nature, an excellent ally of our health which makes us understand the relationship between multiple different phenomena that happen in our body and between the disease and the person who suffers it. Nauristic medicine and holistic medicine tell us that it is not the therapists who heal, but that in ourselves there is a power of self-healing. A power that resides in each person and that must be supported by the doctor. In addition, unlike allopathic medicine, the naturopath considers that each being is unique, different and therefore, the treatment has to be applied according to their characteristics and needs. Something we need to understand is that, in whatever treatment we start, positivity and the desire to be healthy must constantly prevail. There are some aspects that we must take care of to maintain good health. As far as possible we try to maintain _Mental Peace_. Problems will always exist and they will be the size that we give them. Let's not expose ourselves to the negativity that is exhibited daily through the news, instead let's invest that time in developing our creativity.

Today nutrition experts work on what they have called "the perfect diet" to help keep us healthy for as long as possible. However, we can do our part by eating between three and five daily servings of fruit and avoiding saturated fats as much as possible.

Physical exercise is also beneficial to our mental balance, especially when done in company.

The positivism that we put into what we do will make everything flow with greater force.
