Hello friends, Today I'm going to share a very healthy recipe of "Bitter Melon Juice". We all know that bitter melon is bitter in taste, but the medical benefit of this juice is absolutely amazing. If you drink this juice in empty stomach in every morning, within one week you will feel the amazing changes in your health. Let's find out the health benefits of drinking "bitter melon juice" regularly. Bitter melon is known as low "glycemic index" food. It helps to reduce constipation problem & control blood sugar, high blood pressure, gastric and protects our kidneys. Now, let's start our recipe -- Ingredients: 1. Bitter melon - 2 pcs 2. Water - 200 ml

Procedure: => Take 3 medium size bitter melons. Wash them very well. => Chop the bitter melons in small size.

=> Put them in a grinder machine. Add 2-3 tbsp cold water. Grind it very well.

=> Filter the bitter melon pulps & extract the juice, pour it in a glass.

=> Add approximately 200 ml fresh cold wallet. Your healthy "Bitter melon juice" is ready to serve.
