In spite of all the situation we have lived through this past year, which seemed to be close to ending, and now we are once again faced with the situation of following the confinement in a stricter way, we must continue to take work and education from home by the hand, and with the hope that we will soon return to our activities in person, it is beneficial to follow a routine and in this way create habits in our children that will help them in their daily lives, in their growth, in the way they see, handle things and situations. # If we do not follow a routine, we may feel as if we live in a disorder and some insecurity. It is very important how we distribute our time, we must establish schedules for meals, rest, personal hygiene and study. It seems incredible but many people find it difficult to maintain a certain order in their lives because they do not know how to manage different situations and activities, it can even lead to failure in the relationship.
