There are many habits or practices that help to keep healthy and fit, but one of the major contributors to fitness is aerobic exercises. These exercises include but are not limited to cycling, jogging, swimming, vigorous walks, etc... any activity that gets your blood pumping faster. These help to keep fit and healthy always. It was a usual work day and in the midst of my activities, I was able to make over 6000 steps. I think that's quite fair.
