What does being moral mean ? It could mean a few things (being honest, righteous, simply being good). But the boundaries and definitions of morality have been changed through our history (meaning the history of humans as a whole),kingdoms, empires have fallen apart because of immorality, christianity lost a lot of believers, split apart because of immorality.
Morality in our modern society has changed for the worse beacuse of Western European and American influences, mostly because of their liberal society ( which promotes immorality ) and the fake democracy in which most of us live ( which is not democratic at all ). A few examples come to mind of this like men thinking that they are real men if they drink, smoke, hook up with a lot of girls and this is just the tip of the iceberg, women don't hide and keep their beauty to themselves they go out dressed like prostitutes and act like that too. The world has gotten so immoral and we pay the price for that ( global warming is worse, there are more natural disasters every year etc.) If people see you respecting and praising moral values they think you're crazy, teenagers at my age and older get addicted to pornography (which is promoted sometimes as healthy but causes impotence),partying,drugs,alc- hol, all of these things are bad, but they are promoted everywhere you go.
Marijuana is legal ( which can be healthy as an oil ,but is unhealthy when smoked), alcohol is legal and moral values have been dropped lower than low. We live in a bad world and if we don't do something to change that we will fall apart.
Have a thought on this and feel free to discuss it with me. Have A Wonderful Day @Steemitwarrior 😁😀😁
