How to turn healthy foam into cubes?

You refrigerate it! Here we're creating our own refrigerated ginger-lemon cubes and for none other reason than to store them for a long time and use them in foods easily. Last time I created the fozen cubes out of a pure ginger juice purchased from the market, this time, we're creating out own juice. Chopped up a bit of ginger, added some lemon for a wee bit of juicy sourness and some water. And into the fridge they go! they'll be ready tomorrow. Easy to use in rice dishes and various asian foods. Just add one or two cubes or any other number you desire for easy measured dosage, they melt fast and you can enjoy your new easy gingery recipes. Actually - use them whereever you want. That's pure frozen health in those cubes right there!
