The title sounds wired, no? I really don't like traditional dieting. I mean cutting off everything we love from our meal is something like hurting our soul. You may not agree with it. But, I know we all will love it if we can stop dieting and start eating. Yeah, we can eat whatever we want but within the limit. There's some scientific process on how we can do that. And another great way to enjoy our 'Eat' is mindful eating. Having a relationship with food can give us the pleasure of perfect eating. This is like training the brain that we are eating good. If we can manage to do that we don't have to diet or follow any strict menu, we can enjoy our food.

) A lot of weight loss plans call for cutting down on things in order to lose weight. This can be a great option if you have decided to change your diet. You can decide what to cut from your diet and whether you are eating healthy foods every day. This can help keep that weight in check if you ever decide to have an eating disorder or other mental health issues that you are trying to get rid of. To lose weight, you need to look at what foods you are eating. I am not just talking about what you choose to eat once every couple of days. I am talking about what you really choose to eat every day. Key is to maintain everyday food routine without too much restriction in it.

> What I am telling, you should choose a balanced mindful eating . And it's not that tough. It may take some time to build a relationship with our food. So, before starting how we can practice mindful eating we have to know how it can be beneficial for us. The first thing we can get from mindful eating is "Not stuck by the food we eat rather enjoying & focusing on what we are eating." This practice helps us to be more conscious about what we are eating, control over emotional eating and thus getting a healthy life. Our goal is to live a healthy life right, so dieting may help us temporarily. That's what I believe. Think, how many years can you stay away from your favorite food; forever? If not then you can start eating mindfully. Take a smaller portion of what you love and eat slow, focus on the food and enjoy every bite. Don't rush to your food. Take a break in between a bite and give yourself some time to enjoy the moment of eating. If you don't familiar with these it may sound wired but you can do your own research of mindful eating and I can assure you you will be wonder by seeing how helpful it can be and how it changed people's lives.
