I decided to share very close thing to humans. It's water. Do you know that the best drink to drink is pure water? Water contains 60-70% of the human body. Most of the blood is water. There is water in the brain and lungs of the muscles. Water is needed to control the temperature of the human body, the nutrients that travel to the body's organs, and the body's metabolism. Water helps to supply oxygen to the cells, disposes of waste, and protects organs and joints.
