My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2019

Tuna salad + cucumber with some lemon and spice. Healthy as hell. I know, I should drop the spice though. Add these type of meals every day and one hour of excercise and damn, I'm really getting in shape and helping keep my blood levels at a normal ratio.
