Thank you for being involved! ------ ### My 10/4 Reps & Feedback: 55 push-ups, 30 air squats & 15 military bar shoulder presses @ 60 pounds. ### - I should've rested, but I snoozed the day before and needed to make up for it. I'll be resting Saturday since I'm the starting pitcher at 8:30 AM on Sunday, with a second game right after that. - Dinner was a flounder filet and spinach. - I never use supplements or any type of cheating.
