This is my today's actifit report card..
Today my story is just 5K steps that I gained by walking. Throughout the day I remained at home and take a deep sleep, yet not feeling good, having some exhaustion and weakness due to spending 2 days without meal, sleep and without rest in poll.
Hope tomorrow I will recover it but I am not out of Corona danger.. I spent much time in crowd. I will isolate myself next 3 days..
Now going to sleep again so that I can feel some refreshment at the time of morning.
Hope my all friends will be safe and healthy.

I am of the opinion that we can fundamentally do good. In a time where big corporations rule and you as an individual might feel your contribution means nothing, it might seem futile to even try. But I am really of the opinion that as individuals we can still do good. I convinced my family to lift the pavement and get rid of the grass/lawn to instead plant plants and herbs and flowers. The moment we did this insects proliferated and birds visited. Life so to say flourished.

It is an individual move in a world where individuality is frowned upon. If more people knew about the power of individuals we might see a positive impact. Grounding yourself with your bare feet in healthy soil between healthy plants and happy insects/animals, cannot be replaced. Having your feet in shoes for the whole day in concrete buildings is detaching yourself from life. Giving yourself the opportunity to plant yourself metaphorically between plants and life, is ultimately a form of healing and health.

I am lucky enough to have the space to do it. Making my own compost and growing my own plants has become a lifestyle. Healthy mind and body begins with healthy nature. Stay safe and active everyone.
