Few minutes later we ate very delicious and nutritious dish with rice. As I mentioned earlier, pumpkin is a very healthy food. This is because of the high content of vitamins, carotene and various minerals. This is because it saturates the body with vitamin D, which is essential for normal growth and development. Despite its low calorie content, its iron, phosphorus and copper levels are well absorbed by the body and are highly effective in treating anemia. So it will be very useful for you to eat pumpkin during this time.
