Silent Body Warning Signs
Excessive Weight Gain or Loss
Weight gain or loss that is unintentional is a common warning sign of poor dietary habits.
Unintentional weight loss appears to be a reliable indicator of malnutrition, particularly in disease-related cases.
Unintentional weight gain typically indicates that your diet is heavy on empty calories that are packing on pounds but providing little nutritional value to your body.
Headaches and dizziness all of a sudden
Headaches and dizziness are two signs that your body is dehydrated. A decrease in your body's hydration level may result in a decrease in the amount of fluid surrounding your brain, which protects it from minor bumps and movement. Dehydration also reduces the flow of oxygen and blood to the brain.
Acute Pain in Your Side
A typical runner’s side stitch pales in comparison to this piercing stab, which intensifies over a few hours or days. If you feel as if you’re being skewered in your right side and you’re also nauseated and running a fever, you could have appendicitis.
An ovarian cyst is another possibility. These fluid-filled sacs are usually harmless and disappear on their own. However, if one twists or ruptures, it can cause excruciating pain.
Rash around on your rump
Celiac disease, which is caused by the consumption of gluten, can cause an itchy red rash or blisters on your derriere.
10 to 15 percent of people with gluten intolerance get this inflammation, which can also appear on your elbows and knees.
Tooth Throbbing
The nerve of the tooth has most likely been damaged, usually as a result of the surrounding pearly white cracking or rotting away. Bacteria in your mouth can infect the nerve if it is not patched up quickly.
*****Fatigue*****
If you notice that you are constantly tired, even after sleeping, or that your brain isn't working as quickly as usual, this could be a sign of a more serious problem.
Chronic fatigue, among other things, can indicate a thyroid problem, a nutritional imbalance, or a food intolerance. Instead of relying on coffee to wake you up, it's time to schedule a check-up.
Urine is Dark Yellow
Hydration is critical to maintaining a healthy body, and when you're properly hydrated, your urine should be nearly clear. If you see a lot of yellow in the toilet, you're probably not drinking enough fluids.
Constipation and Related Digestive Problems
Many people have occasional irregularities, but the commonly accepted definition of constipation is having fewer than three bowel movements per week, having difficulty having a bowel movement, or both.
Constipation is exacerbated by fluid loss and restriction. Inadequate water intake in the body can even cause heartburn and indigestion. This could be an indication of chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Bowel changes
Bowel habit changes or bowel movement changes, which can be constipation or diarrhea – again, colon cancer can present as constipation, and if it persists for three or four weeks, it should be investigated.
Changes in handwriting or even ability to smell
Parkinson's disease can manifest in this manner. Of course, if you have a problem driving, changing gears, or shaking from tremors. Or if you develop a sensitivity to smell. It could be a precursor to Parkinson's disease.
Irritability or random outbursts of anger
Depression, We all know the early signs of depression: tiredness, sleep problems, and a tendency to cry easily. Random outbursts of anger, you know, could be one of them (symptoms), especially in men.
Forgetting names
That is one thing we blame on aging, but it should be investigated because it could be a symptom of hyperthyroidism, or low thyroid hormone levels, which can cause brain fog, as they call it. If it has been happening for several weeks, it should be investigated. It is simply a simple blood test to check a thyroid level, and it is treatable with medication.
We must not ignore these warning signs. It could result in the worst-case scenario. You should see a doctor if it appears to be serious. Take precautions and stay hydrated!
