First we have to know that citrus are acidic on the tongue but alkaline in the body
So it is an amazing fruit to drink with just hot water and honey
First thing In the morning , i have prepared a special healthy naturopathic drink
Because the flue is coming for some people and it will be a necessity to have clean remedies
First we need plants and flowers ...a mix of many of them , whatever fits your taste .
More plants , those have the taste of mint and chocolate ☺️
Really any types of mix you love
Also you can focus on specific ones depends of what you need
( throat , blood , lungs , liver etc... )
And
Mix in Lukewarm water to keep most qualities ..never too hot
Then add some ginger and honey
And then the CITRUUUUUUUUUUS 😝
And TAAADAAAAA The super healthy Drink is ready
Drink as much as you want of it , always better than plain water or coffee
