Day 686 | Morning Yoga Switch (1/10)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm in for a new 10 day streak pf doing all the things I should do and started off good on monday eating healthy, going to bed in time and joining a hot yoga class. I did switch to joining morning classes in order to reduce corona exposure risk. In the evening, classes can get really crowded and I'm not sure how to estimate the risk of it spreading there in case someone is infected. The moring classes generally have less people in them and should be less of a risk.

Tuesday as always will be my family time day.
