Buy PH 1-14 indicator strip packet from chemist's shop ### 2. You can also buy this strip packet online portals like amazon etc.. ### 3. As soon as you wake up in the morning, touch a strip with your tongue ### 4. You will notice that the color of the strip will change ### 5. Match the color with the guide provided in the stripped packet ### 6. If the color of the strip matches 0 - 6 different colors, then the pH level of your body is acidic. ### 7. If the color of the strip matches between 7 - 14 different colors, then the PH level of your body is Alkaline. ### 8.
