While living in El Salvador, I had the pleasure to use my own Aloe Vera plant for so many different health remedies and one of them was on my hair, which is what I am sharing with you today. I have always heard of how amazing aloe vera is for your hair, which includes in supporting healthy hair growth and just overall amazing healthy, strong hair, but I never had the chance to actually apply it on my hair until now. Aloe vera is one of the most powerful and beneficial natural way to support your hair growth, for hair loss and just overall hair care. I would apply aloe vera on my hair almost every second day (before showering) and just leave it on for at least 20 minutes and sometimes when I would not have to go out anywhere, I would even leave it for a longer time.

I really seen the difference it did in my hair and one of them was that it made my hair very, very smooth. I have only been doing this for about a month, since right now, moving back to Canada I don't have my own aloe vera plants, but as soon as I get my hands on them, I will keep on using it on my hair.
