Hello friends. Most of us are in 20 to 30s right now.Its the real time for journey or trip and regular work enjoying ourselves in every moment.Because our life span is really short.Thats why we dont concentrate on our sleep periods too much.But that is reducing our lifespan even rapidly. We often busy with our regular work and due to that busy schedule we often go to bed lately and often has to rise early and thats not helping our cause.If we go to bed late and also rise late,even if we get adequate hours of sleeping,That wont be helpful also.So we have to maintain a proper routine and have to put adequate night sleep on it,in order to stay healthy.Because there is a proverb goes that"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise."Thats damn true my friends.
