My Day 008 - Lazy Sunday

Sunday was a lazy day. I had some muscle pain of the day before when I played tennis for 3 hours. It was a sunny day so I spend most of the time on my balcony reading a book about philosophy. I ate healthy although I finished a whole cup of hummus (the commercial one with the oil), but I wouldn't consider that as cheating. When the sun was going down I made myself a big salad with raw spinach and I watched the last two episodes of The Affair on Netflix.

Well overall it was a good week, but some improvements can be made. I want to exercise everyday, but since I had some muscle pain I couldn't do that everyday. This will improve soon when I workout more I think. To eat healthy isn't difficult anymore since I restricted myself to a minimalistic budget. In the past I would order food two times a week, but I calculated how much that cost me over the year and I could go on a big holiday for that money... That's also the reason why I live on a budget. I want to travel more. The last few years I've only been to camping places in my own country or not far outside of the Netherlands. I have a list of cities where I want to travel to, I will talk about that in another post, but L.A. and New York is the plan for the end of this year. Also the alcohol went well. This is also caused by the minimalistic budget. Normally I would drink 2 or 3 Belgian beers in the evening, which is between 6 an 10 euros a day, depending on the beer. My dating life can still improve. I have a few matches with nice women on Tinder, but I never ask them out. Maybe in time when I have a job for 3 days a week and I'm used to my exercise routine I will do that. For now it feels more that I have to work on myself before I will date.

Plans for the upcoming week

I want to start earlier / faster in the morning and exercise everyday of the week. On Tinder I just go on talking and see what will bring me that. I also need to learn more about data science, since I have another job interview this week. And be a minimalist. So still do groceries only when you need them and no expensive beers.
