Today was just a normal day, a day like any other. Woke up slightly later than i usually do. I quickly had to shower and prepare for work. I always take a five minutes walk from my house to the roadside to pick a cab and today was no different. I did that and alighted in town. I then walked for about 15 mins to work. I had an okay day at work. When I closed from work, I had my 15 mins walk back to town and picked a car home. Relaxed for a while and walked to a friends house in my neighborhood. Stayed there for a while and later walked back home. Stay healthy and fit with Actifit.
