What is happening my fellow Actifitters? Wow it has been some time since I have posted up about my Activity. Sadly I haven’t been working out but I have been getting a lot of work done around the house. Just all that small stuff that you put off because it is small. I did manage to knock out of 15k steps today despite my lack of getting my butt out of bed and working out.
Well Mondays are Mondays and they never seem to go by very fast. On a good note when I got home there were a few Marion Blackberries ripe enough to pick.
Clean them off and lay them out on a cookie sheet and throw them in the freezer. Blackberry Smoothie in the Morning.... Yep that is the plan.
