Hello everyone, good to know you are still there. Welcome back again to another beautiful and educating post from @oxygen02. In today's post, I will be talking about one thing that is very common to every being which is sleeping. I don't think there is any normal person who doesn't experience it and it is very good to our body.
The importance of have a good sleep can not be overemphasized because it does a lot of refreshing to our body system and most of the time our body condition is an indicator of how far we are having a good sleep. When we go to bed at night after a stressful day, sleep helps to regulate our body system and make it to rejuvenate again in preparation for the next day activities and while we sleep at night, there are lots of things that take place which is invincible to us such as getting over our worries, repair our muscle, boost our brain, healthy look and many more. I can't just imagine if there is nothing like sleep then many people will work until they finally die on the road side because even some boss will not know the best time to allow their employees to go home for rest.
According to research, we need to sleep for at least 8 hours at night without interruption because during this time, memory consolidation is taking place and as well as release of the hormones that is necessary for growth and appetite and when the sleep is interrupted, all this processing will not be completed and this may in turn have a negative effect on our body system.
There is one amazing fact about sleep which is related to nature and it is believed that no one can sheet the nature meaning you can't do away with sleep even if you failed to have it at night, it will definitely come back to you during the day and that is why you see many people sleeping in the bus when they are on a particular journey or some get to the office and after a little task at work, they dose off on their chair. It is good to have a good sleep at night and the best time to go to bed should be 10pm at night no matter what you are doing and the best time to get up and prepare for the day activities should be around 5-6am and if this continues like that, our body get use to it and it makes our body grow well and put us in a good condition.
