Good day to all Steemians. Hope all of you are better then ever by the grace of God. Many of get hungry after waking up in the morning. And many of us feel hungry at mid night. Then we are try to eat whatever we get at hand. But there are some foods that are not right for the empty stomach. Rather, eating these foods can lead to many kinds of physical problems.

But many people do not know what they should eat. For example, banana is a healthy fruit but it is harmful to eat on an empty stomach. Banana contained magnesium and potassium. If you eat this on the empty stomach, it spoil the balance between other components in the blood. Specially magnesium and calcium are particularly damaged in the body, which are harmful to the heart and blood vessels. **TOMATOES** Tomatoes are favorite to many of us. But it is not right to eat it on an empty stomach. Tomatoes rich in nutrients contain a large amount of pectin and tannic acid. Gastric acid reacts with these acids when take tomatoes on an empty stomach. And it creates a undigested jelly in side the stomach, which causes stones problem. **SOUR FOODS** These should be avoided on an empty stomach, such as aromatic or 'citrus' fruits such as Tamarind, Aamla. These result a large amount of acid. It irritates the stomach and chest. The result is gastric formation. **TEA OR COFFEE** Many people wake up in the morning and drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach. This type of caffeine on an empty stomach causes irritation inside the chest. It also disrupts digestion. Therefore, before eating tea and coffee, eat something. **DAIRY FOODS** You can eat a glass of milk on an empty stomach, but it's best not to eat dairy foods. It creates acidity. So before eating dairy products, eat something else. **SPICY FOODS** It is not advisable to eat much spicy food on an empty stomach. It causes unbearable irritation in the stomach. **GREEN VEGETABLES** These foods contain a lots of amino acids. Though this acid is good for body, but this acid can cause gastric in empty stomach. If the 'fiber' of vegetables is not properly digested, there may be pain in the abdomen. Because of this, it is not right to eat green vegetables on an empty stomach. Thanks for stopping by.
