This week I will start working hard again. After after a few weeks of stress and doing less I'm exited to start all over again. I had a really boring weekend, in which I stayed at home most of the time. So 1 of my new goals is to get outside everyday. If there is nothing social to do then at least I will go out for a walk or a bike ride. Another thing I will work on is my coffee and alcohol intake. I will from now on drink only 3 coffee a day and my alcohol intake at home will be none. I will see my friends this week so that's the only night I will get myself some beers. The other goals are pretty much the same. Although the data science study goal I now changed to work. I need to work at least 4 hours of deep work a day. That's a minimum. Science says you can only work 6 hours of deep work a day. I changed it to work instead of studying, because I will also do some projects for free and I also count my job interviews and tests as work. Another new goal is no Netflix or TV before 8 PM. The last months my workdays started around 10 AM and I finished it on 3PM, with a lot of distractions like Youtube and from 3 PM I went on my PS4 or Netflix. Not really productive. The idea is to read the newspaper with a coffee and start my day after that around 10 AM and finish with everything around 8 PM. In that time I need to work, get outside, be social, exercise, read books and write.
