With the Corona virus affecting 1000s in China and many worldwide, we need to be extra vigilant to avoid catching not only Corona but any type of virus that may be roaming around us. Here are tips to defend yourself at this crucial time.
Follow these: 1) Always remember that any virus or bacteria cannot enter and infect you unless you allow it. This means whenever you are out in the public avoid scratching/touching your eyes, nose or mouth. This is easiet path for the virus/bacteria to infect you. 2) Stay a good distance away from people in the public who coughs and sneezes. Create as much distance as you can (But don't make it dramatic and make the other guy feel hurt). 3) Wash your hands , especially once you are back at home and before indugling in any kind of foods. 4) Maintain a good healthy diet to keep you body defences up. A good natural immunity power in your body is the best weapon against any disease. Try to take in fruits/vegetables rich in vitamin C and D. 5) Exercise , even if it is for a short time say 15-20 minutes. Exercise boosts immunity. 6) Get adequate sleep, again an immunity boosting technique and a great weapon to fight off any infections within your body before it compromises your health.
