I has small ambitions to do 100 reps in total on Sarurday and completed this goal. I really feel it's been a long time ago doing pullups and such feeling it in my muscles. I will have to rebuild the reps routine slowly grinding my way up agai but I look forward to it. From now on, the plan is to make every saturday reps day with an increased amount each time.
Sunday will be somewhat of a resting day with most focus on maintaining my healthy eating habits. I really feel the difference not eating any bread and lower carbs already after less than a week and the weight is slowly starting to come off again working toward that 64 kg and 63kg range afterwards.
