Walking is a great workout for the body.

## *Good Evening Wonderful Steem Community,* Yesterday I started long distance walk because It was my holiday. So I spent over one hour for long walk through village. I always like to walk around natural places. I captured some clicks in the village. So this time I decided to write some benefits of walking. Also walking is a great way to increase your actifit counts. I learnt something in my school age. Walking, which is a natural exercise that benefits the body instantly, is a medicine for many body diseases. It performs a number of functions such as circulating acid gas, boosting creativity, healing the mind, refreshing, and strengthening the body's tissue and brain. It also has the potential to control the incurable diseases.

In addition, walking in the sunshine in the morning and getting a D-vitamin can also strengthen your bones. The best and easiest way to get the D vitamin, which helps the body absorb calcium, is to walk in the sun. It is considered the best exercise for the heart.

If you can walk a few kilometers a day for at least half an hour a day for good health, it is healthy. Taking advantage of these opportunities to walk can help your body gain more. Keeping the body active, such as walking without a vehicle, getting down to two stops on the bus, and climbing the stairs without going to the elevator helps to keep your body healthy.

Walking in to blood sugar control helps. Insulin operates daily. It also helps to get an attractive body. It protects flexibility. Walking without doing any extra workouts for the muscles does justice to all the muscles.

Walking helps to control weight gain, which is a non-communicable disease. Body fat burns calories and helps you lose weight. Walking at two miles per hour in half an hour can save you a lot of calories.
