THE SUN: HEALTHY FOR HUMANS!! Did you know that, like fruits and veggies, the biggest star near Earth is good for you too? Some animals even sit in the sun and just take in the Rays and sunshine! What makes them do that!? In this article, I’ll be going over the top facts that show the sun is good for you.

THE SUN IMPROVES YOUR SLEEP!: Ever heard of your circadian rhythm? This is what most people call your internal clock because it’s what tells your body when to sleep and when to wake up. If you sit out in the sun, your body can absorb the sunlight in the sky and not only get the vitamins from the sun, but also sunlight which tells the body it’s daytime and then when it’s night you get better sleep! I believe the sun and sunlight can also help with fatigue. THE SUN CAN GIVE YOU A GOOD MOOD AND REDUCES STRESS!!: The sun has been proven to better your mood. Like said earlier, the sun helps with your sleep and better sleep can lead to better mood. Also, i just believe sitting in the sun can be relaxing and make people happy and less stressed. THE SUN GIVES OFF VITAMINS AND PROMOTES HEALTHY BONES!!: Like a plant, our bodies need food, water, and sunshine! Humans are able to get Vitamin D (also known as ‘the sunshine vitamin’) from the sun, which helps your body absorb calcium, which is good for your bones and helps them to get stong.
