Hi friends,Today i come with another interesting tasty nutrition dish using Wheat flour.The dish name is Wheat Flour Mor Kuzhu. Name is very different, recipe also very different. It is complete India dish. In this dish we get high nutritions with low fats. Best for Breakfast and Dinner too. Generally this dish made on using Rice flour,but it is not that much healthy.Thats why hear i preparing this dish using Wheat flour. Any persons can take this fish,even kids loved a lot. For diabetic patients this is best choice. In this dish we use wheat flour,chenna dal,Iran's dal and muster seeds. We take this dish with any chutney. Now i give details about ingredients,just wrote down.1 cup wheat flour,1 1/2 cup fresh curd,1 table spoon muster seeds,1 table spoon chenna dal,1 table spoon urand dal,1 green chillies,1 table spoon oil,2 red chillies,10 curry leaves,Salt for taste,pinch of asafoetida. Now i give details about how to prepare this dish,just follow my steps for getting amazing recipe. For this first we take one big bowel ,with it add whet flour,curd,Salt mix them well with out having any lumps. Now heat one pan after getting heated then add oil,chenna dal,urand dal,muster seeds one by one. After getting cooked then add green chillies,red chillies to it. Then after add asafoetida,curry leaves. Now add those to mixing flour,cook all those untill they cook very well. After cook then transfer to serving plate,serve with any Chutney. That's all an easy tasty Wheat Flour Mor Kuzhu is ready. Now enjoy with your friends and family members.
