Hello, Friends! I'm putting a little disclaimer on my video that I'm having a "woman's day" and definitely not feeling like doing much of anything but napping. It was sheer determination to get a walk done and I wasn't about to do any burpees while I'm crampy, bloaty and bleedy. Yeah, I said it. *I warned you it was a woman's day!*

I'm nearly 50 FFS, where is menopause?! But I digress. Walk done. ACV drink done. 99-word story done. Work - *not done*. I mean, I checked in and did a little bit but most of the day was napping and taking it easy because I don't want to get sick.
