Millets adai with Keerai

HI friends how are you all. Today again I come with nutrition recipe using Millets with green leaves combinations. It is complete South Indian Famous Dish. Hear I using Millets, Dal and spinach. So we get very healthy nutrition dish. For millets is not so easy, because it is very different and difficult to eat like Rice. But combining with Dal some other ingredients it is very easy to eat. Just try this recipe, you don't get any difficult to eat. Because this dish is very tasty. And no need any fermentation too. So instantly we can prepare this dish. It is best combination with onion chutney but you can go for your own desire one. For this recipe hear I using Foxtail Millet but you can use your desire millets too. And I using multiple deals, SPINACH too. For preparing this we need this ingredients. We need 1 cup fox tail Millet, 1/2 cup toor Dal, 1/2 cup Moong Dal, 1/2 cup Bengal Dal, 2 red chillies, 1 cup chopped spinach, 2 green chillies, Oil, muted seeds, salt and water as required. Now I give details about how to prepare this dish. For this first we soak fox tail Millet, Moong Dal, toor Dal, Bengal Dal all those separately up to 4-5 hours. Then after put foxtail millets with out water, then grind it fine paste. Then put remaining Dal's along with red chillies. Make all those as a fine paste on adding required water. Now transfer those in to fox tail Millet flour, now add salt as required, chopped spinach and green chilleswith it. Now mix them well. Now adai battle is ready. Now take one pan add 2 spoon oil, after heating add misted seeds. Fry them all then transfer to Adai battle. Mix them well, if needed add little bit water. Now take Dosa pan, make it heat on greecing little bit oil, then put adai flour and make thick round shape, add oil outsides through out. Now close those with a lid up to Two minutes, then transfer to another side. Cook both sides for getting crispy Dosa. Now it's ready to serve.
