Today I want to bring to your attention a very important topic. That is the importance of healing your subconscious wounds, or lets just say to doing the 'inner work'. This issue is multifaceted and there are many reasons why we should want to take up, what is undoubtedly a challenge! First and foremost we create from our subconscious, this is where the whole 'New Age' Law of Attraction shows itself as bs. It propagates that just by thinking and focusing on the things you want then they will enter into your life, you have to take no action and you will wake up one day and a Ferrari will appear on your driveway! Whilst you might get lucky by chance once in a while this is not going to bring in what you want in life consistently.
The reason, as I say, is that we are drawing people and experiences in based on our subconscious woundings. How often does the women whose father was an alcoholic draw in an alcoholic partner? Or someone who was abandoned as a child draw in constant experiences where he or she is abandoned? As you start healing those wounds you stop repeating the same timelines and you start to bring in more of the people and experiences that you want in life. The second reason and I talk about it in this weeks video below is that we can be attacked on our subconscious woundings through entities and AI. They have a way of ramping up these thoughts and feelings amplifying our wounds and making them seem worse than they already are. Thirdly it will heal the triggers that make you react in certain and predictable ways. As children we grow up in a very tough World and our mind can fracture into 'protectors' to try and literally protect the child. This is helpful growing up but not when we get into adulthood where we enter into relationships and have to deal with people in the work place. This is half the problem with many relationships in that both parties come to the table with all their open scars and traumas and just project at each other. For a healthy relationship to happen both parties really need to work on their inner Worlds, but of course this is the work few people want to take up! Until we do so we will continue to unconsciously create and leave ourselves open through our blind spots. We are a microcosm of the macrocosm and surely to heal the World we must heal ourselves first. I'm not saying I am there myself yet, its a work in progress, however I have seen many positive differences in my life since working through this process.
