Hello Dtubers, Experts advise to wake up early in the morning to stay healthy for our physical condition or mentally healthy. Although we do not always do it. But yes, it is good for the health to wake up early in the morning. Everyone recognizes it. Yet many can not wake up in the morning due to various reasons. Of course, we are responsible for ourselves, because it is because of some of the bad influences we have. Today I will share some of my suggestions on this matter- The first reason that you can not wake up in the morning, is that you do not sleep properly at night. Because if you stay awake for several reasons, then there will be problems arising in the morning. So you have to go to bed at a specific time for adequate sleep during the night.
