Okra is an amazing vegetable with tremendous health benefits and involves its richness in protein and dietary fibers as follows; 1/2 kg contain 3.7g of dietary fiber, 7.8 g of protein.

Therefore, in conclusion okra is a complementary remedy for both anemia and bone problems in patients, along side those with eye problems.
