I have been reading some on the benefits of intermittent fasting and will try it out. One of the dowsides of doing a lot of activity is that I have the idea that I have to eat a lot in order to be able to keep up. This makes losing the extra weight I put on last month far more difficult than I imagined. So I plan to test out intermittent fasting consuming all my healthy calories (and count them) in a 7 hour window each day. For now I will drop the reps until I'm at least at 62kg (still ~5kg to go) I will go on a run in the moring, eat my first meal (carbs+protein) around 15:00, go to the hot yoga at 18:15 and eat a second meal aroun 20:15 (Fats & Protiein) and see how that works out. I will make sure to drink a lot of water also and continue taking my supplements.
Yesterday was something of a 2nd off day but I did join a hot yoga session. I'm looking to get back on the train now with a changed aproach hoping that will yield some faster results.
