I've been waited almost one year for these.....PEACHES!! ๐๐๐ They are finally here, raw, ripped, organic, fresh, juicy and most important THEY ARE in SEASON right now!!! Packed with vitamins and nutrients
Yep, peaches is what I'm talking about. OMG!!! They are my favourite fruit from all fruits in the world that I tested so far! Maybe is because I'm familiar with them, you can find 'em easily in Romania all summer long. But no...I also like bananas and they don't grow here, so it's not because of that. Anyways, PEACHES, BANANAS and WATERMELON are my favorite fruits!! I know this for sure!

As you already know, I'm addicted to oatmeal. Just scroll down my blog and you'll see many recipes with the ordinary 'Oatmeal'. What makes it Extraordinary are the combination within oats and other ingredients like: peaches, banana, coconut, yoghurt, blueberries, cinnamon, coffee, dark chocolate....and so many others!! Plus, not forget that oats are healthy. They are a good source of fiber, folates, minerals and B vitamins.

INGREDIENTS:
For making the oatmeal:
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- honey ( around 1 tbsp)
- pinch of cinnamon
Toppings
- banana
- 3 small peaches
- a few cranberries (just for fun) optional

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the oatmeal. EASY-peasy! In a pan add milk and oats, stir ocasionally until the oats are boiled. You need 3-5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and put a lid on top of the pan.
2. Meanwhile, peel the peaches and remove the pits. Cut them in pieces and put them in a bowl. Smash them using a fork.

3. Put the oatmeal into a jar/bowl, add honey, cinnamon, peaches and banana slices.

I ate this so fast I couldn't really enjoy it! I'm really nuts about peaches! ๐๐๐
By the way, why not write some nutritional facts about them? They're not just delicious and mouth watering, they're also healthy.
1. The peach's composition is balanced by provitamin A (beta-carotene), B vitamins, vitamin C, E Potassium, Magnesium and vegetable Fiber, all in moderate amounts. They don't contain sodium or fat, but they do contain fructose 9% and some other natural sugars and less than 1% proteins.
2. It is believed that PEACHES are very good for HEART's HEALTH!
- Vitamins A, C and E are the best antioxidants that help maintain arterial health.
- Group B vitamins are needed for contractions of the heart's cells.
- Potassium and Magnesium are two essential minerals for mentaining a normal and strong rithm of the heart's beats.
- And because they are non Sodium , this help you to avoid artherial hypertension.
3. Also peaches are good for digestive disorders. They are easy to digest when they are ripe. Contains soluble plant fiber that acts as an emollient in the digestive tract. It is a mild laxative
4. Kidney dysfunction: they are slightly diuretic, which, along with their poor sodium and protein content, makes them an excellent food for people with renal impairment.
